The 4th Edition of the first, and only, sports marketing book written for the high school market is now available.  “Sports . . . More Than Just The Score,” focuses o the two main aspects of sports marketing:  the marketing OF sports and marketing THROUGH sports.

When writing the original version of this book we contacted individuals in the sports industry from college teams, college conferences, major professional leagues and the minor leagues.  Input was provided by countless contributors as to the topics to cover.  We did our best to get it all in one book!

The following listing from the Table of Contents demonstrates how the book covers all the significant aspects of sports marketing . . . . or at least all we can cover in a high school class.

Glossary

The 4th Edition of “Sports . . . More Than Just The Score,” has several improvements over previous editions.  While still offering great content—and written specifically for the high school market—we have added a few features.

Quizzes:  Quizzes are provided for each section.  They are in both PDF and Word formats--so you may modify them to reflect what you feel is important.

Samples:  We provide countless examples from “the real world” including surveys, sponsorship evaluations, sponsorship proposals, marketing plans, sponsorship opportunities, promotional opportunities, and more

Discussion Questions:  We provide discussion questions for each section as well.  These questions will require your students to look beyond the words in the book.  They will need to truly understand a concept to answer these questions.

This book is only available as part of a PrepSportsBiz membership.  Get details here. Click here for an electronic exam copy.
